Won't stop fucking call me and telling me that I owe them money...which is not true! FUCKERS

Im on the do not call list why am I getting this call.

text saying: Dear homeowner, if you are struggling to make your mortgage payment or have a recent hardship, a modification can help. Would you like to learn more about this? I called the number the machine says "big scam company" that makes them double STUPID! I DONT HAVE UNLIMITED TEXTING!!! Shouldnt our cell providers protect us from stupid ppl like this one?

Caller has called frineds of mine and said they were detectives. They said I would be put in jail if debt wasn't paid. I reported them to the FTC.

person said they were from the fcd (federal crime department). it is a scam..... i am so tired of this crap.

Got a call at 11:44 on 15 NOV 10....he asked if I was in the lawncare business (I used to be, but am no longer.) I told him that I am not in lawncare anymore, so he asked what sort of business I'm in now. I told him this is neither important, nor any of his business, at which point he laughed and sarcastically said, "Oh, so your business is not important. That's interesting." When I asked, "So you're going to be a smart a** now?" he laughed again, and then stayed on the line for a few moments before promptly hanging up on me. All of this is ignoring the fact that the number he called was our HOME PHONE NUMBER, and was never affiliated with the business. These people are RIDICULOUS.

They've been calling me every couple of days since the beginning of September. I finally googled the number and saw all the complaints, so I called them back and told them to take me off their calling list. The woman, who clearly did not speak English well, kept asking if I had a Macy's or Bloomingdales card, or if anyone in my family did. I told her no, and to take my number off. Then she said she would check to see or something and kept asking me for my name and information. Seriously... wow. Why would you need my name to take a phone number off. Don't give them any information!!

This number called me at work. Caller said that his name was Samuel Smith. Said that I owed money & needed to pay it or I would be taken to court. Did not receive any paperwork from them. They have called me at work repeatedly over the last few weeks. They've also called relatives of mine. Now, today they called me & said "an officer" was coming to pick me up in the next day or so. Please stop these people.
